큐티 나눔(QT Sharing)

우리는 2020년도 조병호 목사님의 성경 읽기 통독표를 따라 성경을 매일 읽고 QT를 하고 있습니다. QT의 참된 목적은 말씀을 정독하고 묵상하며 주님과의 만남의 체험을 가지는 것입니다. 뿐만 아니라 묵상한 것을 함께 나누며 하나님을 증거하는 것입니다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 지식의 말씀이 실천의 말씀이 되는 것입니다. 저는 “생명의 삶” 교제를 통하여 여러 해 말씀을 묵상하고 있습니다. 새벽 기도회와 금요 기도회 때 생명의 삶 말씀을 나누고 있습니다. 그런데 이번에 성경 통독표를 따라 묵상한 것을 교우들과 함께 매일 나누게 되었습니다. 아내의 권유로 묵상한 말씀을 정리하여 카톡으로 교우들과 나누고 있습니다. 이러한 큐티 나눔을 전에도 원했지만 실천하지 못했습니다. 좀 늦었지만 금번에 시작하게 되어 매우 기쁘게 생각하고 있습니다. 지난 몇 주 동안 큐티 나눔을 통하여 두 가지를 느끼고 있습니다. 첫째는 거룩한 부담입니다. 매일 너무 늦지 않은 시간에 묵상한 것을 보내는 것이 쉽지는 않습니다. 기도하는 마음으로 본문을 한글과 영어로 이틀에 걸쳐 정독합니다. 읽은 내용을 계속 생각합니다. 깊이 생각하고 정리하며 기도합니다. 마치 알지 못하는 정글숲으로 무작정 떠나는 심정으로 컴퓨터 앞에 앉아 얼크러진 묵상 생각의 실타래를 풀어가며 글로써 정리하며 표현해 나갑니다. 글쓰기 전의 부담은 글을 쓰며 깨달음으로 바뀌고 글을 마친 후에는 만족감이 밀려옵니다. 이 과정은 저의 영혼을 은혜로 세척해 줍니다.  또한 누군가의 영혼을 위로하고 인도하며 세척하는 말씀이 되길 소망합니다. 매일 느끼는 부담은 제 마음에 실재합니다. 매일 한 장소에서 많은 시간과 생각을 홀로 소비하는 과정은 분명 무겁습니다. 그러나 그 부담은 하나님과 교회와 저 자신을 위하여 구별된 거룩한 시간입니다. 그래서 보람과 기쁨을 주는 거룩한 부담은 하나님의 축복이 되었습니다. 이로 인해 제가 두번째 느끼는 것은 찐한 감사입니다. 직업이 목사이니 당연한 일을 하는 것이지 생각도 합니다. 그러나 하나님의 말씀을 연구할 수 있다는 것은 저에게는 엄청난 특권입니다. 말씀의 단맛과 능력을 경험할 수 있어서 감사합니다. 나눔을 통해 유익을 나눌 수 있어서 감사합니다. 비록 일대일로 나누지는 못하지만 QT한 것을 통하여 교우들과 귀한 것을 나눌 수 있다는 것이 너무도 감사할 뿐입니다. 말씀은 살았고 운동력이 있습니다. 성령께서 QT 나눔을 통하여 하나님을 경험할 수 있게 하십니다. 또한 세상의 세계관을 벗고 말씀의 세계관을 받아들이게 하십니다. 그리고 말씀 위에 은혜 교회를 세워 가십니다. 매일 만나지 못하지만 매일의 QT 나눔을 통하여 말씀의 배달부가 되게 하셔서 감사할 뿐입니다. QT 나눔을 통하여 우리 모두가 말씀의 사람이 되어 하나님을 영화롭게 하며 즐거워하길 기도합니다. 

In 2020, we read through and mediate on the Bible according to the Bible reading schedule of the Rev. Byung-ho Cho. The true intent of Quiet Time is to peruse and meditate on the Word of God and experience encountering with the Lord. Not only that, but also, we share it with one another and testify to God. Through this process, we are to turn the knowledge of word into the practice of word. Personally, I have been practicing mediating God’s word through “Word of Life.” I preach from it at both early morning prayer meeting and Friday night prayer meeting, but this time I have been able to share my meditations based on the reading schedule of Pastor Cho with you. My wife suggested that I share them with you through Kakao Talk. Though I desired to do it in the past, yet I couldn’t put it into action. Though I feel as if it were little late, I feel happy about sharing them with you. During the last few weeks, I have felt two things about QT sharing. First, I have felt as it were a holy burden upon me. I feel it difficult to send my meditation to you not too late. For two days, I prayerfully peruse the daily portion of Scripture reading in Korean and English. I continue to digest my readings in my heart. I deeply think of them, arrange them in my mind, and pray over them. Then, I sit down in front of my computer and in an orderly fashion express my cluttered meditation thoughts in my writing as if I would unpreparedly travel through a jungle forest. My burden before writing turns into enlightened thoughts in writing. After writing, I am flooded with contentment. This process washes my soul clean by grace. Also, I pray that the word of God would comfort, lead, and wash your hearts. I really feel the presence of this daily burden in my heart. I feel it burdened, expending much time and thinking in the same place daily. But that burden is a holy time set part for God, His church, and me. So, it has become God’s blessing that brings me contentment and joy. Second, I feel deeply grateful for QT sharing. I am a full-time Christian minister. So, I feel it necessary to do QT sharing. But for me to be able to study the word of God is certainly a great privilege to me. I feel it grateful that I taste the sweetness of word and the power of it. I feel it thankful that I can communicate the benefits of word with you through QT sharing. Though I can’t share it with you individually, I can share it with each of you through Kakao talk and so am very thankful. The word of God is alive and powerful. The Holy Spirit leads us to experience God through sharing our QT’s. Also, He leads us to reject secular worldview and adopt biblical worldview. He builds up our Grace church on the pedestal of word. Though I can’t meet with you every daily, I can be a daily mailman to deliver the package of word to you through QT sharing. For this, I cannot but to thank God. It is my prayer that all of us become men and women of God’s word, glorify God, and enjoy Him.
