​I think we better use English in this site since we have several members who do not speak Korean.  However, my name is not English...  This is Tony Ryu and I will Add English name if it is editable in such a way. 

I think we have two challenges in the MOG meetings.  One is to overcome the cultural & language barriers.  I, for example, tend to speak Korean with Korean people because English is my second language and I cannot express myself freely in English.  The other is generation gap between older and younger groups.  We have many young men in their 20 to early 30's.  Then, we have 50's and 60's.  I believe only one gentle man is in his 40's.  

I think the best way to overcome the challenges is to have fun together by doing some fun activities.  Let me hear of any ideas if you have on how we can have fun together!
